NOTICE: These rules are not meant to be offensive to anyone. They are made and enforced to give our customers the absolute best chance of harvesting a mature whitetail. We thank all of our customers for following them.

  • Any deer shot must be reported to Mark and or your guide before you look for or track the deer. One of us will help you track it and your picture will be taken for our photo album.
  • We only harvest bucks scoring 130 Pope & Young or larger “a mature buck”. Absolutely no shooting any buck smaller than 8 points, 16 inch inside spread.
  • There is a $1000 fee for deer shot below these requirements. All fees will be doubled if a deer is shot below these requirements on the last day of your hunt. Our goal is not to collect any "fee" money, but if we do it goes towards our food plot program to enhance antler growth.
  • There is a $1000 fine for button bucks harvested.
  • A safety belt or harness must be worn entire time while hunting out of a tree stand. If you are ever caught without one on your hunt will be finished. Safety in our #1 concern.
  • Feeding is prohibited including any grains, salt blocks, or mineral blocks.
Please take everything off the property that you took on it, including any food items and litter.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the hunting area and you may not hunt if any alcohol has been consumed.
  • Driving and stalking deer are prohibited.
  • Smoking or chewing tobacco anywhere in the hunting area is prohibited. Smoking in the lodge is also prohibited.
  • Walk to and from your designated tree stand only. No roaming around.
You must be "scent free" when entering the hunting area. Scent elimination products are required to be worn to help reduce human scent.
  • Daily showers and the use of scent free soaps are recommended.
  • Scent suits are highly recommended Be sure to check tree steps, climbing sticks, and ladders for stability before climbing up to your stand.
